I’m not great at it either, and I ended up hiring someone to work on the editing of my video podcast. It’s also important to recognise which parts you love and are good at, and where you need some support. As long as the output works!
Same here, I ended up working with junior who is technically good, but needs art direction and conceptual guidance. Still, I'll strive for independence from the setup I am in.

when I teach, a say.. there are a lot of people that apply service thinking to create a strategy
but the work is not done there if you want to call yourself a designer, you must design the intangible, and humans respond to beauty and or order
