Book Pre-Launch Webinar for the Design Mavericks Community
Presenting: Design Leadership Chronicles.
In the past year, I have been working hard to finalise the book I have always wanted to write: a graphic novel about design leadership. It shows, through the real-life stories of a selected number of leaders, how design can contribute to changing organisations for the better.
The book is finally ready! It is printing as we speak and will be available for purchase in Europe from October 19th. It will become available in the rest of the world at different points in time in the following six months. I’m over the moon with joy. I’m so excited about seeing it in people’s hands, inspiring and hopefully sparking meaningful conversations.
I have decided to dedicate one of our regular bimonthly webinars, which I host for the paying members of the Design Mavericks Community, to sharing a preview of the book, reading a few sections, and reflecting together on its key messages. After the webinar, all participants will receive a digital copy of one full chapter. I hope you are as thrilled as I am at the idea of exploring the book together before it is released to the public. I cannot wait to hear your reactions and reflections.
The date I have chosen for the webinar is October 15th. I will run the webinar twice this time to accommodate people from different time zones. The first session will be at 10:00 am CET for members in Asia, and the second at 5:30 pm CET for members in the Americas. Those in Europe, the UK, Africa, and the Middle East can choose which session they prefer to attend, depending on their availability. I will send both calendar invites to all paying members; please accept the one you plan to attend and decline the other.
I would be grateful if you could share this post with your network; this could be a great opportunity for new members to join us and contribute to the discussion. If you are a free member and would like to upgrade to join our community webinars, click on the button below.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
